AccorHotels and Eurostar have joined forces to offer more choice and exclusive access to benefits and flexibility to exchange points between Le Club AccorHotels and Club Eurostar loyalty programmes respectively. Club Eurostar members can convert their points into Le Club Accorhotels rewards points to be used for free nights and discounts at over 3,500 hotels around the world. Le Club AccorHotels rewards points can also be exchanged for Club Eurostar points to be redeemed for Eurostar tickets, upgrades & special offers, as well as make purchases in the Club Eurostar shop.

Eurostar is the high-speed tree service that links St Pancras International, Ebbsfleet International, Ashford International, Paris, Brussels, Lille, Calais, Disneyland Resort Paris, Lyon, Avignon, Marseille, the French Alps, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Travelling by Eurostar brings customers from city centre to city centre, with stations located in the heart of the destinations it serves. Passengers require only 30 minutes before departure for fast and convenient check-in and each passenger are given free baggage allowance of two bags or suitcases and one hand luggage.

And if you are travelling on Eurostar’s Business Premier, you enjoy flexible fares up to departure, and 10 minute express check-in, exclusive access to business lounges as well as complimentary drinks and fine during in the comfort of their seat. Just last month, Eurostar unveiled a new cocktail bar in its London Business Premier lounge. The London cocktail bar is located upstairs in the London lounge. The circular black and gold bar offers a selection of complimentary cocktails designed exclusively by the London Cocktail Club. The launch of the new bar comes as Eurostar continues to invest in its stations and service. With the recent introduction of Chop-Chop, the express hair salon in the departure lounge, eGates in London St Pancras to speed-up the security process, and World Duty Free, Eurostar is committed to improving the customer experience.

To take advantage of the partnership, members will need to join both loyalty programmes simply by entering their membership details.

The exchange rate between the two loyalty programmes is as follows:

  • 500 Club Eurostar points converts to 1,500 Le Club AccorHotels Rewards points
  • 4,000 Le Club AccorHotels points converts to 350 Club Eurostar points
