INVITED – A New Loyalty Programme of Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Small Luxury Hotels of the World has revamped The Club, its free-to-join loyalty programme, to a new one calling it INVITED. The new programme offers members exclusive rates, guaranteed benefits and ‘Small Luxuries’ right from the first stay at any of the group’s 500 small, independently minded hotels worldwide.

INVITED has three tiers of membership. Invited, Inspired and Indulged. Besides offering a 10% discount off Best Available rate members will also enjoy free wifi and breakfast at all SLH hotels. The number of nights stayed as well as the value of bookings will be taken into account with the new programme. Other new benefits will be introduced including rewards for recommending a friend, birthday gifts and the programme’s signature benefit, Small Luxuries. SLH Members of any tier will be chosen based on their engagement with the brand and be surprised with bespoke experiences either during their stay or when they return. This could be a bottle of a guest’s favourite wine or a trip on a yacht.

Filip Boyen, CEO, Small Luxury Hotels of the World says: “The premise behind the new programme is simple. We’ve listened to our guests and now we’re giving them what they really want – a greater focus on personalising their stays with us. Not only will they get more of the usual SLH touches with each and every stay such as complimentary breakfast, early check in and late check out but SLH has also invested in ensuring guests get the INVITED feeling throughout their stay. Small Luxuries exemplify the attention to detail that is the very essence of the SLH brand.”

Book your stays via SLH channels including SLH.com, the SLH app, call centre as well as through its travel agents to qualify for INVITED benefits. Current active members of The Club will be invited to migrate to the new programme by registering at www.slh.com/invited
