Singapore will get its fourth Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is expected to open in 2018 at the crossroads of Little India and Serangoon. The hotel will have 120 rooms to offer as well as a fitness centre, meeting and laundry facilities and a grab-and-go style market pantry.
It will be close to Singapore’s commercial and industrial areas. Its location in Jalan Besar allows guests to enjoy coffee in hipster coffee shops and food in the area including Chye Seng Huat Hardware café, Char Restaurant and 1952 Brewing Company brewery, bar and restaurant. The closest MRT is a 500-metre stroll away.
The new property is owned by Toledo International.
There are 2,572 Holiday Inn Express hotels with more than 258,000 rooms globally and over 740 in the pipeline. In Singapore, the other Holiday Inn Express properties are in Orchard Road, Katong and Clarke Quay.
