Singapore’s Changi Airport and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport has won World’s Best categories by Skytrax consecutively. The winners from the 2020 World Airport awards were a result of Skytrax’s global survey conducted from September 2019 to February 2020 with participation from over 100 customer nationalities.

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport has been awarded Skytrax World’s Best Airport Hotel for the sixth consecutive year in the 2020 World Airport Awards announced on 11 May 2020. It is also my personal favourite airport hotel that I have stayed in.
60 of Crowne Plaza’s over 430 hotels around the world are located at airports such as Amsterdam Schiphol, Paris Charles de Gaulle airports.

Changi Airport has for the eighth consecutive year been voted for the World’s Best Airport in Asia award. Jewel Changi Airport has also been recognised as Best Airport Leisure Amenities in the World Airport Awards. Changi Airport achieved top 10 positions in all other eligible areas of the awards survey including 2nd place for T3 in the World’s Best Airport Terminal section as well as 4th in the global staff service award.
The World Airport Survey evaluated the customer experience across airport service and product key performance indicators – from check-in, arrivals, transfers, shopping, security and immigration through to departure at the gate.
