Oakwood has crossed the historic milestone of 10,000 keys across over 62 operating properties worldwide with the opening of Oakwood Premier Melbourne in Victoria, Australia. The new landmark is one of the tallest, single-purpose developments in Australia. it is 140 metres tall with over 40 storeys over the new central business district. It offers inspiring views of the CBD and the Yarra River, South Melbourne, Albert Park and Port Phillip Bay.

Oakwood Premier Melbounre features 132 luxurious hotel rooms and 260 serviced apartments with fully-equipped kitchens for both transient and extended guests. Fifth, an all-day dining destination offers modern Australian cuisine with a Pacific Rim Infleunce. Other amenities include a Sky Bar, state-of-the-art fitness centre, three meeting rooms, two multi-purpose event venues, co-working space, games centre fitted with modern entertainment for those looking to play snooker or video games and two outdoor “green oases” just for a stroll from Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Melbourne Market and Marvel Stadium.

The Oakwood Premier Mobile Bar, a personalised club lounge experience will feature a mixologist creating seasonal cocktails in the privacy of the guests’ apartment. A selection of canapés, comprising a rotational menu of hot and cold savouries or sweet treats will also be available.
