Andaz Hotels & Resorts is introducing the sense of smell to its properties around the world. Through a collaboration with The Society of Scent, Andaz will create a series of individual scents based on elements of each property and locale that are most resonant.
The Society of Scent is an olfactory collective which includes a proprietary fragrance creation laboratory led by sever major designers including Givenchy, Marc Jacobs, Joe Malone and Vera Wang.

The Society of Scent is visiting the hotels to experience firsthand what makes each property truly distinctive and meet with local purveyors and partners and the the hotel team members.
Every Andaz Hotel takes its cue from the neighbourhood and delivers on the senses of sight (interior furnishings, mood lighting and decor), sound (curated music selections, local accents and dialects, under clamour and unadulterated nature), taste (restaurant menus, beverage and cocktails), touch (textures of the hotel architecture, furnishings, linens and serve ware) and scent (fresh air, food aroma, candles or smell of coffee) in a unique way.
