Accor in Asia Pacific has launched a new #InstAccor initiative that gives employees more say as Brand Ambassadors.
Female Accor employees in five Asian destinations will be using first person behind-the-scenes content from 6 August to 4 September 2019 for the first season of the new initiative. Subsequently, #InstAccor will be deployed every quarter.
The first five #InstaAccor influencers come from luxury properties across Singapore, Yogyakarta, Hanoi, Bangkok and Hong Kong. Each will take over Accor’s Instagram account for two days each week to share personal insights on destination highlights, interesting activities at their respective hotel and the company culture.
You can get local travel tips such as key attractions, hidden local gems, regional cuisine, street food and festivals and also personal moments from their daily work life.
Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford’s Head Craftsman Bannie Kang will kick off the campaign and take over the Accor Instagram account from 6 to 8 August. Bannie happens to be my favourite Accor bartender in Singapore whom I see very often at my frequent haunt at Anti:dote at the Fairmont Singapore.
Subsequent influencers will include Fatikhatul Muizzah from the Front Office team at Grand Mercure & ibis Yogyakarta (13 to 14 August), Linh Phan from the Front Office team of Hotel de L’Opera Hanoi – MGallery (19 to 20 August), Tamaryn Cooper from the Food and Beverage team at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit (27 to 28 August) and finally Hannah Yiu from the Loyalty Team at The Park Lane Hong Kong, A Pullman Hotel (3 to 4 September) who is also a travel Vlogger with a love for the great outdoors.
