[NEW HOTEL] Bayview Hotel Singapore Transforms to 30 Bencoolen

Bayview Hotel Singapore has been rebranded to 30 Bencoolen after a one-year transformation that cost Bayview International Hotels & Resorts S$20 million.  It is the first hotel in Singapore with smart in-room solutions as well as family rooms with two ensuite bathrooms.

The hotel features 131 rooms and suites which are cooled automatically to 22 degrees Celsius the moment a guest steps in, LOCAL Restaurant and Bar, casual all-day dining restaurant that also offers daily buffet breakfast as well as Asian and Western dishes, 14-metre rooftop pool, and 24-hour gym. Room categories include Deluxe, Deluxe Triple, Deluxe Balcony, Junior Suite and Family Room.

The 104 Deluxe rooms and eight Deluxe Triple rooms measure 23sqm each while the 10 Deluxe Balcony Room gets an additional 9 sqm balcony. The two Junior Suites are 42 sqm each while the seven Family Rooms measure 46 sqm each.

30 Bencoolen is centrally located within the arts and cultural district in downtown Singapore. It is within walking distance to three MRT Stations at Bras Basah, Dhoby Ghaut and Bencoolen, as well as attractions and malls.

Guest rooms are equipped with Smart Room Control Units that proactively monitor and communicate every room’s status and any defects with door locks, lighting and air-conditioning to the operations team in real time before a guest’s experience is impacted. A Handy Phone is provided to guests so that they can access free local and international calls to six countries. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the hotel with a single login. A 24-hour self-service laundromat is available on level five next to the gym. A nominal S$8 is all you need for a wash and dry cycle.
