Yesterday Vietjet Air celebrated the launch of its inaugural flight connecting Singapore and Hanoi. A flash mob dance by Vietjet’s cabin crew took place at Changi Airport Terminal 3. Vietjet is the fifth airline that offers direct flights between the two cities joining Singapore Airlines, Tigerair, Vietnam Airlines and SilkAir.
VJ916 departs Singapore Changi Airport daily at 2.55 pm and arrives at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport at 4.50 pm. The return flight VJ915 departs Hanoi at 10 am and arrives at Changi Airport at 1.55 pm. The flights take around 2 hours 55 minutes.
Tickets are on sale at www.vietjetair.com with flights as low las S$0 during Vietjet’s promotional hours from 1 to 3 pm Singapore time.
Vietjet operates twice daily flights between Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City departing Changi Airport at 1.05 pm and 5.55 pm. The low-cost carrier has a fleet of 45 aircraft comprising Airbus A320s and A321s operating 350 flights daily over 63 routes.
