Singapore Airlines Will Add Third Daily Flight to Osaka in April 2019

Singapore Airlines will be adding a third daily service to Osaka Kansai International Airport (KIX) from 27 April 2019, subject to regulatory approvals. Today SIA operates two daily flights. The additional flight will be operated with an Airbus A330-300 aircraft adding nearly 2,000 seats per week in each direction.

SQ 620 will depart Changi Airport at 8.30am and arrive in Osaka at 4.10pm. SQ 621 will depart Osaka at 5.25pm and arrive in Singapore at 11.05pm.

SIA also operates six daily services to Tokyo Haneda and Narita, and daily services to Fukuoka and Nagoya. SilkAir operates thrice-weekly services to Hiroshima while Scoot operates 11 weekly flights to Osaka. four weekly flights to Sapporo and 19 weekly flights to Tokyo Narita. With the addition of the third daily service to Osaka, the SIA Group will operate 114 weekly flights between Singapore and Japan.
