The Singapore Airlines Lalique First Class Amenity Kits (2017)

When Singapore Airlines first launched its new First Class Suites in the new Airbus A380 aircraft in late 2017, new amenity kits bearing Lalique, the crown jewels of France’s crystal glass industry, were also given out to guests in Suites. They contain a selection of cosmetic items from the Lalique range as well as products from the brand’s own collection.

These LALIQUE kits have been produced by Formia, a supplier of tailor-made premium guest and in-flight service amenities with over thirty years of existence. Formia also supplies amenity kits for JAL, Aeromexico, Malaysia Airlines, American Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Air Tahiti, Saudia Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Qatar Airways amongst many other international airlines.

Three different sets of kits were produced – a unisex kit, a kit for men and another for women.

The Unisex Lalique First Class Kit

The unisex kit contains a candle, scented soap, lip balm and body lotion from Lalique’s Neroli range. The sleek black zipper casing is embossed with both the logos of Singapore Airlines and Lalique.

This is one of the more beautiful amenity kits that I have come across to date. Something that could be regifted to that special someone. After all, you cannot light the candle on board or don’t really need to use the bar soap while flying.

The Lalique First Class Kit for Women

The Lalique amenity kit for women spots a pretty pink bag with a handle on the top and zippers with tassels. The Pink and black ladies bag is inspired by René Lalique’s devoted love to women and sensuality, containing elegantly matched products from the L’AMOUR LALIQUE women’s range. 

The kit contains a generous-sized fragrance, lip balm, face moisturiser and hand cream and a specially designed pouch.

L’amour Lalique Eau de Parfum is a sensual floral woody musk fragrance that was launched in 2013 with top notes of neroli, bergamot & rose, middle notes of jasmine, tuberose & gardenia and base notes of cedar, sandalwood & musk

The Lalique First Class Kit for Men

The men’s kit features a body lotion, aftershave balm, lip balm and a generous-sized Eau de Toilette from the Encre Noire range. Encre Noire is a woody aromatic fragrance that was launched in 2006 with a top note of cypress, middle note of vetiver and base notes of musk and cashmere wood.

The handy bag can be reused to store your smartphone, portable power bank and travel documents.

Inside the A380 Suites Bathroom

If you are flying in the latest Suites onboard the Singapore Airlines A380s, there are two stylishly furnished lavatories. One of which is fitted with a sit-down vanity counter. Other amenities available include hair and brush comb, cotton pads, razors and toothbrush.

Other Lalique branded amenities in the lavatories include the Lalique Neroli body lotion, citrus-scented face mist and perfume.

Comfortable bed linens and sleeper suits are also Lalique branded offering guests a luxurious experience onboard.
