Jetstar Asia’s A320 flight 3K791 departed from Singapore Changi Airport at 1.50am on 17 November 2017 and landed in Naha, Japan this morning at 8am. The inaugural Singapore-Okinawa flight was given a water cannon welcome in Okinawa.

Okinawa is Jetstar Asia’s second destination in Japan that it flies to. It is also the only airline that flies direct between Singapore and Okinawa. It operates three times weekly flights on Monday, Friday and Sunday. With the introduction of this service, Jetstar Asia now operates up to 20 services a week to Japan which includes Osaka. From Japan, you can connect to the rest of Japan through sister airline Jetstar Japan which offers the largest domestic footprint amongst low-cost carriers.
