Finnair has been flying non-stop between Singapore and Helsinki for the past eight years. To celebrate this milestone, the oneworld member airline that is known for its collaboration with Finnish fashion design house Marimekko for its inflight products and cutlery as well as aircraft livery launches its new Business Class summer menu from 6 June to 5 September 2019, created with their signature chef Tommy Myllmäki.
The new summer menu features a starter by Chef Tommy. The salmon tartar, marinated mushrooms, trout roe and fried onion. A light dish which is full of flavours.
The outspoken and charismatic 40-year-old Swedish Chef Tommy is a multi-award winning chef having won Bocuse d’Or in 2011 (Silver), 2015 (Bronze); Bocuse d’Or 2019 Coach (Silver) and Bocuse d’Or Europe 2014 (Gold) and Chef of the Year in Sweden 2007.
Chef Tommy was in Singapore on 30 May 2019 to cook up a four-course meal for media and trade partners to try out his cooking.
