Cathay Pacific has launched a new in-flight programme ‘Travel Well with Yoga’ as part of the airline’s ‘Life Well Travelled’ campaign. The series of videos developed by Pure Yoga instructors help passengers ease into their journeys with yoga and meditation exercises and tips. The programme is in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese and can be accessed in the Lifestyle section on the in-flight entertainment screens of Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon.
Pure Yoga’s founding teacher Patrick Creelman and senior instructor and co-founder Almen Wong shares the yoga and meditation routines in six easy-to-follow videos. These can be done before, during and after a flight to help you improve circulation, enhance joint mobility and relax the mind.
Marco Polo Club members also enjoy a complimentary 10-day trial, 50% discount on studio joining fees and a complimentary upgrade for access to all Pure Yoga studios across Asia.

Hi, can anyone tell me, if there is a meeting point inside the terminal 2 arrival area, where arriving passengers can meet somebody picking them up ? My daughter is going to arrive and me, the father is going to pick her up. Thanks. regards
hi. i need an answer to this also. thanks
No internal meet n greet, instead your friends or family wait just opposite the exit door, a security guard will guide them
