Hong Kong Tourism Board Hosted Korean Superstar Rain at Christmas Wonderland Lighting Ceremony

Hong Kong Tourism Board hosted Korean superstar Jung Ji-hoon also known more commonly as Rain as an honourary guest for the lighting ceremony at the Christmas Wonderland of “Hong Kong WinterFest” on 23 December 2022. Hong Kong is ready to welcome visitors back to the city after the government announced the relaxation of restrictions for inbound tourists on 14 December.

“I’m delighted to be back in Hong Kong, after my last visit in 2019, and to be welcomed by the city. I’m looking forward to trying as many of the local delicacies as I can and enjoying the amazing views while soaking in the festive spirit and joy of Christmas,” shared Rain.

Rain visited a Michelin Cantonese Restaurant for dim sum as well as tried the “typhoon shelter-style fried crab” at a local authentic eatery as he walked through the West Kowloon neighbourhood. He also rode on the new generation tram at the Peak and enjoy views of Victoria Harbour and its surroundings. The sixth generation Peak Tram was debut recently.
