Club Med Kiroro Grand has opened on the Northern Island of Hokkaido.

Club Med Kiroro Grand, the newest addition to the premium all-inclusive experiences offered by Club, was inaugurated on 13 December 2023. Situated in the pristine Kiroro region in the heart of Hokkaido, renowned for its 21-metre snowfall and an extended 160-day winter season, the resort is a haven for winter enthusiasts.

Boasting 266 guestrooms, the resort features a traditional Japanese onsen with a captivating view of the snowy mountains. Additionally, it offers four restaurants and a bar for a diverse culinary experience. Direct access to 23 ski courses, suitable for all skill levels, is provided, with ski and life passes ready upon arrival. Professional ski Gracious Organisers (G.O.s) oversee group ski and snowboard lessons tailored for various ages and skill levels, while private lessons are also available.

For those seeking to explore beyond the resort, a day trip to Otaru Coastal Town, just a 40-minute drive away, offers a chance to appreciate the city’s exquisite glasswork, oil lamp craftsmanship, and music box artistry. Furthermore, guests can savor Hokkaido’s finest whiskey at the historic Nikka Whisky’s Yoichi Distillery, founded in 1934, where traditional distillation methods are meticulously employed.

To plan ahead, pre-register for Winter 2025 holidays starting from 3 January 2024. The official opening of booking channels is scheduled for 30 January 2024. During this period, early birds can take advantage of up to a 30 percent discount on bookings for any of Club Med’s four resorts in Japan.

Club Med has been in Japan since 1979. The four resorts in Japan include Kiroro Peak, Kiroro Grand, Tomamu Hokkadio and Sahoro Hokkaido.
