Singapore Airlines’ Corporate Travel Programme for large corporates will be integrated with the HighFlyer brand which is currently focused on small and medium enterprises from 1 September 2021. Participating companies will enjoy greater value, benefits and options. New features will be introduced. And all existing benefits in both programmes will be retained in the new HighFlyer Business Travel Programme. They will enjoy preferential corporate rates and earn HighFlyer points for all eligible travel on both Singapore Airlines and Scoot.

New features include more eligible booking classes for HighFlyer points accrual on non-corporate discounted flights, as well as rewards for reaching specific milestones in customer spend. SIA will expand the rewards catalogue for HighFlyer members, with more options for members to redeem with their HighFlyer points. Customers can also access a convenient one-stop corporate portal for booking flights, redeeming rewards and managing their travel with ease.

The airline group is planning to introduce HighFlyer earn and burn options with non-air partners such as hotels and car rental service, which are relevant to business travel needs and support customers beyond their flight journey. Employees also earn KrisFlyer points on top of the HighFlyer points earned by their company. Companies can reward their employees by converting HighFlyer Points into KrisFlyer miles. SIA has boosted the conversion rate to one HighFlyer point for one KrisFlyer mile instead of 2 to 1.

HighFlyer will be available in all countries. There are four tiers – HighFlyer, HighFlyer Silver, HighFlyer Gold, and HighFlyer Platinum. HighFlyer entry tier is free to enrol. The other tiers have annual minimum spend requirements.

Existing SIA Corporate Travel Programme accounts will have their contracts renewed under the new HighFlyer programme, and current HighFlyer accounts will automatically be eligible for the new benefits at the launch.
