Air China Summer Autumn Flight Schedule Features 395 Routes

From 26 March 2017, Air China’s summer/autumn flight schedule features 395 passenger routes, including 102 international routes, 14 regional routes and 279 domestic routes, serving 180 cities in 39 countries and regions, including 64 international cities, 3 regional cities and 113 domestic cities.

The Star Alliance member airline that has its hub in Beijing operates 8,500 flights with over 1.66 million seats every week.

Newly started routes during the period of the summer/autumn schedule include Shanghai – Barcelona, Beijing – Astana and Beijing – Zurich. This year, the airline continues to expand its global route network with emphasis placed on key cities.

Shanghai – Barcelona service will start on 5 May, flying three times weekly with A330-200. Beijing – Astana flights will be launched with the A320 three times weekly on 1 June. On 7 June, the four-times weekly Beijing – Zurich service will be started and operated with A330-200.

The airline will increase the frequency of flights to America and Europe. They include BeijingHouston, BeijingNew York, Beijing – Los Angeles, BeijingWashington, BeijingVancouver and Beijing – Montreal, and also on routes to Europe like BeijingMinskBudapest, BeijingWarsaw, BeijingViennaBarcelona, BeijingMunichAthens, BeijingMoscow, BeijingParis, BeijingStockholm, BeijingMilan, Beijing – MadridSao Paulo, Shanghai Pudong – Paris, Shanghai Pudong – Frankfurt, Shanghai Pudong – Milan, Lanzhou – Chengdu – Frankfurt and Chengdu – Paris. 

Frequency on Asian routes such as Beijing – Dalian – Hiroshima, Chengdu – Lhasa – Kathmandu and Chengdu – Hong Kong will also be increased.

Flight frequency will also be increased on domestic routes departing from Beijing, especially Beijing – Korla, Beijing – Urumqi, Beijing – Urumqi – Akesu, Beijing – Zunyi, Beijing – Liupanshui and Beijing – Xichang.

And flight frequency on routes to the eastern and southern regions of China will also be increased like BeijingXiamen, BeijingHangzhou, Beijing – Shiyan and Beijing – Zhangjiajie as well as to the northern regions of China like Beijing – Linfen, Beijing – Tonghua, Beijing – Wulanchabu, Beijing – Jiamusi and BeijingQingdao.

Flights to Beijing – Madrid – Sao Paulo; Beijing – Shenzhen; Beijing – Shanghai; Beijing – Guangzhou; Beijing – Chengdu; Beijing – Rome; Beijing – Los Angeles and Beijing – Auckland routes will be operated on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
