Singapore Airlines To Serve Cristal 2015 Champagne in Suites & First Class from 1 December 2024

Starting 1 December 2024, Singapore Airlines will enhance its premium in-flight experience by offering Louis Roederer’s Cristal 2015 Champagne to passengers in Airbus A380 Suites and Boeing 777-300ER First Class cabins. This marks the first time the esteemed Cristal 2015 will be available on a commercial airline, underscoring Singapore Airlines‘ dedication to providing exceptional luxury to its travellers. Premium passengers can also select from two other premium champagne labels including Krug Grande Cuvee and Taittinger Comtes de Champagne.

Cristal 2015 is celebrated for its harmonious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, resulting in a refined and balanced flavour profile. By introducing this prestigious Champagne, Singapore Airlines aims to elevate the dining experience for its premium passengers, aligning with its reputation for excellence in service and amenities.

This initiative reflects Singapore Airlines‘ ongoing commitment to offering exclusive and high-quality products to its customers, ensuring a memorable and luxurious journey.

Singapore Airlines’ wine consultants have carefully chosen Cristal 2015 for its remarkable balance and complex flavours. “Our goal is to ensure that the finest wines from the best vintages enhance the travel experience and complement the in-flight cuisine on board Singapore Airlines flights. Cristal 2015 is an exceptional experience, which is highly sought-after by the most demanding wine connoisseurs worldwide,” SIA wine consultant Ms Jeannie Cho Lee shares. “Its depth and impressive quality from the meticulous ageing process results in a champagne with intricate and intense flavours of toasted pinenuts, crushed stones, and white flowers, coupled with a crescendo of refined flavours and a lingering, persistent finish. The quality of this wine remains prominent even at 36,000 feet, making it the perfect addition for SIA’s Suites and First Class customers.”
