Process HyfeAssure Travel Claims at Changi Recommends Counter at Changi Airport
HyfeAssure travel insurance customers in Singapore can instantly process their travel claims at the Changi Recommends counter in any of the four Changi Airport terminals. HyfeAssure is underwritten by HL Assurance for Changi Travel Services.
Typically, you are required to wait about two weeks after the submission of relevant documents to process your claim. The result of the claim is also dependent on the assessment of the claims. HyfeAssure’s instant claims minimises the long waiting time and many rounds of verification. Submit the claim form at Changi Recommends and receive claims of up to S$200 immediately.
Over 70% of travel claims arise from medical expenses, flight delays, and/or missing or damage luggage or delay.
As part of the launch, you can purchase travel insurance from hyfeassure.changirecommends.com at a launch promotion from S$4 per day. There are two plans to select from – Basic and Superior.
NTUC Income Travel Insurance Chatbot on Facebook Messenger
NTUC Income launched Jiffy Jane, its first unguided conversational travel insurance chatbot on Facebook Messenger in August this year. Jiffy Jane acts like a personal travel insurance concierge who is always-on to assist customers’ queries on travel insurance so they can purchase a suitable plan.
Jiffy Jane uses artificial intelligence to interact with customers in a conversational style. When you initiate the chat, Jiffy Jane will ask you for your travel destination, departure date and trip duration, after which Jiffy Jane will suggest travel insurance options. Provide our key details such as name, gender, nationality, identification card number and birthdate to get a price quotation.
Pay for your travel insurance by credit card when you provide the payment details. When the purchase is successfully completed, Jiffy Jane will notify you of your coverage. A copy of the policy document will be emailed within two working days.
