Korean Air will make its inaugural Dreamliner B787-9 flight for its daily Incheon, Seoul to Toronto, Canada flight from 1 June 2017. The aircraft was previously operated on the Gimpo-Jeju route and will be replaced by a B777-300 aircraft.
The Skyteam member airline will receive its third B787-9 aircraft in mid-July which will be deployed on the Incheon-Madrid and Incheon-Beijing routes from August this year. Korean Air has scheduled to introduce a total of 10 B787-9 Dreamliners to its fleet and will utilise them for strategic flight operations.
