All Nippon Airways (ANA) has extended its collaboration with Japanese ramen brand IPPUDO to offer guests in Premium Economy the TRITON Noodle Soup from December 2017. ANA has been serving IPPUDO ramen in First and Business Class as a snack option onboard since 2013. Today IPPUDO has over 70 outlets in 12 countries with the first overseas restaurant opening in New York in 2008.
The new ANA exclusive ramen in Premium Economy contains selected noodles that blend well with perfectly harmonised mild chicken and succulent pork broth. Text-rich cabbage, onions, agedama tempura batter and the scent of yuzu have been added to complete the dish.
ANA’s TRITON blue rhymes with the Japanese terms Tori(Chicken) and Ton(pork). The triton blue is also reflected in the ramen cup design.
Customers flying Premium Economy on international flights on routes including Europe, Bangkok, Singapore and India can enjoy the TRITON noodle soup between their first and second meal service. This is not available on flights to North America, Mexico, Sydney, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur.
