Dream Cruises Explorer Dream debuted as the world’s first cruise ship to resume operations in Asia in July 2019, the year of the Covid-19 pandemic. Island-hopping itineraries from Hong Kong to Penghu, Matsu Island, Kinmen and Hualien returns this spring and summer.
