India’s Jet Airways will codeshare with low-cost carrier Jetstar Asia. It will add its 9W marketing code on Jetstar Asia flights operating from Singapore to 11 destinations. These destinations include Bangkok, Phuket, Perth, Darwin, Jakarta, Denpasar Bali, Surabaya, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Hong Kong. Darwin, Phuket and Penang are three brand new destinations for Jet Airways. Jet Airways customers will enjoy seamless travel options with this codeshare agreement. This agreement offers guests the advantage of twin or tri-city itinerary options through Singapore Changi Airport either via Bangkok or Hong Kong, owing to codeshares on both sectors. This means guests can fly from Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai or Bengaluru to Singapore via Jet Airways, and onward to Hong Kong or Bangkok on codeshared Jetstar Asia flight, returning to India on Jet Airways directly from Hong Kong or Bangkok all on a single itinerary.
