The world’s first LINE VILLAGE has opened in the downtown shopping district of Bangkok, Thailand. LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK is the perfect themed attraction for fans of LINE FRIENDS, the global character brand featuring 11 characters that were originally created as stickers for the mobile messenger application LINE.
LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK takes up three levels of space at Siam Square One. The 1,500 sqm themed attraction cost THB 500 million to set up. A Snack Bar featuring snacks and drinks in adorable and collectible packaging from Line Friend characters is expected to be added soon.
The entrance to LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK can be accessed from ground level outside Siam Square One. It is conveniently located along SIAM BTS station.
After you purchase our entry ticket, you will have to walk through the Entrance Tunnel where you’ll be able to get more selfies before your journey begins. There are many zones in LINE VILLAGE but we pick out a few key ones so we do not give out too many spoilers before you visit. Watch our video below and go on a tour of the village with us.

BROWN Zones at LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK
The Entrance Tunnel leads you to Brown’s Mystique Library where BROWN spends his time on his favourite hobby. Look for the secret key to a secret door to enter the village.
Visit BROWN’s room and you will learn that Brown loves sports and enjoys Thai Boxing. Take photos with Brown in his room The bed sheets are absolutely adorable.
At the Festival Square, you’ll meet Beat Brown at the music console. Here you can also pose at one of the two digital cameras with LINE FRIENDS AR stickers.
One of my personal favourites is The Infinity Room where many illuminated white BROWNs are displayed in a mirrored art installation. Spin one round in the room and take a video to post on social media.
Explore the Jungle with BROWN and Sally at JUNGLE BROWN.
CHOCO Zones at LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK
CHOCO, BROWN’s younger sister, has her zones as well. CHOCO was introduced to LINE FRIENDS in June 2016 during LINE CORPORATION’s fifth anniversary. The younger sister of popular LINE Friends character Brown is aimed at fashionable young women who are social media savvy and always up-to-date on the latest trends. She is constantly on the lookout for chic new fashion items and has got a new look to show off.
At CHOCO’s private room, you can take a peek into her wardrobe and washroom. Take photos at the dressing table as well as with some of CHOCO’s ‘clothing’ when you visit.
Sally, the female chick and fifth member of LINE FRIENDS, takes a bath at CHOCO’s House. She is often mistaken as a duckling.
JAMES Zone at LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK
Spend time with narcissistic James. You will spot the young handsome lad with straight, golden hair in a white jacket, vest and a pair of black trousers and black shoes at the Jungle Terrace. James is one of the four original characters which included Brown, Cony and Moon and is also the tallest amongst the LINE FRIENDS characters.
James’ Secret House at the Festival Square offers you the opportunity to take selfies or wefies with him in his golden chamber.
CONY’s House
CONY’s House features a pretty cool kitchen and laundry area. And you can do your part and help CONY prepare some snacks at one of the six touchscreens. These games test your speed in the kitchen.
Visit BOSS’s Office
Whilst BOSS is a minor member of LINE Friends, his Office is featured at LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK and it is cool. However, some parts of his office reminds me of an Abercombie and Fitch store though.
The Finale at LINE VILLAGE BANGKOK
Step into a room of digital frames that do not reflect so that you can take a photo without your photographer in the reflection. So let BROWN, CONY, SALLY, MOON, CHOCO and PANGYO wave you goodbye. The music’s catchy too.
LINE VILLAGE STORE
The LINE VILLAGE STORE is stocked up with collectables, limited edition merchandise, stationery, clothing, bags, dining ware and other souvenirs. There are Bangkok-specific souvenirs that are only available here. So be sure to purchase them before leaving. Global brand collaboration merchandise such as LAMY, Swarovski, Moleskin, Mr. Maria, Be@rbrick and Murrla are also available at this store.
