Otaru is the main restaurant that serves international and Japanese delights. The Kaen is a yakiniku speciality restaurant featuring premium local Hokkaido and Wagyu beef, and fresh seafood. The Ogon is an Asian Fusion specialty restaurant the specialises in Chinese and Thai cuisines paired with freshly, locally sourced ingredients from the region. The View Bar offers snacks and beverages all day.

There are 113 Superior Rooms, 11 Deluxe Rooms and two Suites. Adventure seekers can blaze new trails and experience the best high-altitude adventure playgrounds. Club Med Kiroro Peak is located on a powder skiing mecca on the outer fringes of Niseko between the south of Otaru city and the west of Sapporo city in Hokkaido. It has the finest powder snow in the world with 160 days of winter and the most snowfall at 21 metres annually on average. This is more than anywhere else in the country.

Guests can enjoy unlimited ski-in, ski-out access to an untouched ski domain with 23 courses and pristine off-piste ski slopes and access to daily group ski and snowboard lessons for all levels.

There are also other activities such as snow trekking, yoga, cardio training, digital darts and swim sessions at the resort’s indoor pool. Indulge in a full body and wellness experience during the winter holiday. The traditional Japanese Onsen is filled with 100% natural hot spring water. Or be surrounded by the snowy mountainscape and take a relaxing soak in the Rotenburo outdoor hot bathtub. There is also the option of soothing treatments at the Club Med Spa.

Excursions booked through Club Med Kiroro Peak Excursion Desk which would incur additional costs include the Otaru Glassmaking Workshop or the Otaru and Yoichi Distilery Visit. In the summer, the mountains transform into lush greenery. Guests can enjoy activities within the resort including panorama gondolas, mountain stream walking, mini-golf, tennis, and mountain biking. Wineries and fruit orchards nearby allow guests to explore.

The Japanese Onsen, The Kaen and The Ogon are located a 3-minute bus ride and a short gondola ride apart at the adjacent Club Med Kiroro Grand, which is set to open in December 2023.
