Jean Philippe Lovotti Appointed GM of AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach

AYANA Komodo Waecicu Beach has officially welcomed Jean Philippe Lovotti as its new General Manager, effective 23 April 2025. With over 25 years of international hospitality experience under his belt, Mr. Lovotti steps into the role with a strong background in operational excellence, luxury hotel management, and sustainable tourism.

Prior to this appointment, Mr. Lovotti served as General Manager of Caravelle Saigon, where he led an ambitious multi-phase renovation of the iconic property. Despite the scale of the transformation, he successfully maintained uninterrupted operations, achieving new benchmarks in guest satisfaction and financial performance. He also held senior positions at AccorHotels, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and the Leading Hotels of the World where he was recognised for building high-performing teams, managing flagship properties, and driving eco-conscious innovations in diverse markets.

Lovotti’s arrival at AYANA Komodo brings fresh energy to the resort, with plans to sharpen both day-to-day operations and its reputation as a leader in sustainable luxury.
